All levels, especially if you're new to exercise. Extremely beneficial for postnatal ladies (please leave 6 weeks after a natural birth & 12 weeks for a C Section birth before attending). As Pilates is based on Core exercises this class is also a great supplement for any Cardio fanatics out their, including runners as Pilates can potentially help to prevent injuries too. **You can stay for both classes on Mondays for the discounted price of £5.50** |
